Thank you for choosing The Lab. When booking your appointment, be aware of timing, and be sure to read any extra information provided on your selected services. All general policies are listed at the bottom of this website. If any questions, I advise you to contact me prior to booking the appointment. Please do not inquire about dates or times currently not listed as “available”.

BOOKING PROCESS
$20 nonrefundable deposit required when booking
Allow up to 48 hours to receive further booking confirmation and info
Wigs must be ordered & delivered or dropped off to me at least 48 hours prior to appointment date
Please ensure you put your name on or in the wig package

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time
Deposits are non-refundable unless your appointment has been canceled by me
After 20 minutes of no-show, your appointment is automatically canceled
PAYMENT
Remaining balance is due in cash or Zelle
Additional $5 fee for any other form of payment
Prices non-negotiable
Unless you have booked a natural style, please arrive with your hair washed and blow-dried
Address will be provided 24 hours prior to appointment time
Punctuality. A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After, a $10 late fee applies. After 20 minutes, your appointment is canceled.
PREP & ARRIVAL
At the age of 12, I fell in love with transforming myself, barbie dolls, and my sisters all with the work of my hands. Due to immense requests from my clients and those I adore, I have decided to finally make my hair services available to all through The Don’s Lab, est. 2024. I am currently obtaining my degrees to become a lawyer, so please note that availability will always be limited. I look forward to growing my empire with you all, and I hope to see you in the lab soon.
